Dr. Wang Hongyun has achieved both a doctorate in |
| Management and Engineering and wasalso conferred as |
| a professor in Engineering by “Wuhan University of |
| Technology” . He has been with the company since |
| 1980 and has been in positions such as "Party Committee |
| Office Director " , and general manager before taking |
| over as the President and |
" Secretary of Party Committee " |
| in 1997. Under his leadership, Hongcheng has expanded from a mere 8 million RMB annual |
| salescompany to the present of 300 million RMB . He has also play major role in the listing of |
| Hongcheng Group on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and transformed Hubei Hongcheng into

| china's top rank valve manufacturer. |
| Beside contributing to Hongcheng, he was also actively involved in state and
